2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

Full payment or deposit (as stated in the booking conditions) must be made at the time of booking.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and selected payment gateways.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.

The deposit covers damages, lost keys, or rule violations.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after check-out if no issues are reported.

4. Check-in and Check-out

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

  • Comply with building and community rules.
  • Keep the property clean and in good condition.
  • Avoid excessive noise, parties, or illegal activities.
  • Notify us immediately of any damage or maintenance issues.

7. Prohibited Uses

Guests are strictly prohibited from:

  • Hosting events or parties without prior approval
  • Subletting the property
  • Bringing pets (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Smoking indoors
  • Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

JustAStay Holiday Homes is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Theft, accidents, or force majeure events
  • Technical issues on the website or third-party platforms
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and travel insurance.

9. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse a booking at our discretion
  • Charge for any damages caused by guests
  • Update these terms at any time without notice

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
